We’re offering a “CSA” style subscription for the month of October!
You’re guaranteed to have bread on the table (we’ve been selling out every week). In turn, this model will allow us to purchase quality flour, grains & equipment and helps keep up with operating expenses. Win-win!
The goal is to be mostly subscription-based so all the loaves will be accounted for. I’ll try to have a few extra to sell off-hand but no guarantee. I will also try to offer some add ons such as focaccia.
Finally, we’re going to switch to a Saturday bake rather than Sunday. Trying to have one full day with Robin & Bodhi now that everyone is back in school.
