Night Heron Bread is a certified cottage food operation located in Alameda’s West End. Owned and operated by Trevor Adams, Night Heron was born at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic as a way to supplement the family income and take care of his son. Trevor is a professional bread baker with experience at Tartine Bakery in San Francisco, MH Bread and Butter in San Anselmo and Flour Bakery in Boston, MA. He specializes in naturally fermented and fresh milled whole grain breads. Night Heron Bread strives to provide neighbors and friends with fresh bread.
