The baker’s choice is a rotation of specialty sourdough breads that change from week to week. This bread is an opportunity for Trevor to be innovative with different grains, nuts, seeds and ingredients that change with the seasons.

Some examples of baker’s choice loaves are: Grits & Rosemary, Oat Porridge, Anadama, Cinnamon Raisin, Olive, Jalapeño and Cheddar, & Apple Millet

Baker’s Choice Bread Club is available only on Saturday mornings at the Alameda Farmer’s Market.
